Tomato Planting Workshop
Saturday, June 11th - 10 am
$35 per person
Come learn how to successfully plant a tomato. This workshop will cover all aspects of planting a tomato and how to care for it in the coming months. We will discuss different types of tomato plants, how to water, when and how often, how to support your tomato plant, the best environment for your plant and harvest tips. You will plant a tomato transplant into a large pot to take home. We will have different types of tomatoes to choose from including slicers, pasta tomatoes and cherry tomatoes. This class is open to all ages. If under 18, a parent/guardian must attend with the child.

Water will be available during the workshop. If weather permits, we will be outdoors, so dress accordingly. Please wear closed toed shoes. The workshop will last approximately 2 hours. Workshop is limited to 15 people. Additional sessions can be added if necessary.
Fresh Eggs are Available!
Stop by any day for fresh farm eggs. During our off season, eggs are available self serve. There is a sign by the door to go in our building. The eggs are inside the fridge that will be on your left. Our Chickens are fed quality local Michigan made feed and have access to grass pastures. Our happy chickens produce eggs almost every day of the year! The eggs are washed with just water to remove dirt.
